Terms of Service
Last updated September 12, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DanielOutdoorLighting.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Daniel Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the shipping address and contact details attached to your order.
Products, pricing and availability
We work to describe fixtures, finishes and specifications accurately, but colors and patina vary between production runs and between screens. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors and cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship your items. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we never store full card numbers on our systems. While the store is operating in test mode, no real charges are made and no orders are fulfilled.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
Installation and safety
Line-voltage (120V) fixtures should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes. You are responsible for safe installation, correct transformer sizing and appropriate wire gauge on low-voltage runs. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from improper installation.
Warranty and limitation of liability
Warranty coverage is stated on each product page. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, photography, graphics and layout — is owned by Daniel Digital LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Kentucky.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
