Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns

If a fixture is not right for your yard, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused or gently test-fit, free of installation damage, and returned with their original packaging, lamps and hardware.

How to start a return

Email support@DanielOutdoorLighting.com or call (240) 969-7459 with your order number and the items you would like to return. We reply with a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

• Defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items — return shipping is free.
• Change-of-mind returns — a $9.95 return label fee is deducted from the refund. Freight items are quoted individually.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to place a new order for the finish or size you want and return the original. We will price-match the original order if the item has gone up in price.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-cut wire, connectors and installed consumables.
• Clearance and final-sale items, marked as such on the product page.
• Fixtures damaged by improper installation, incorrect voltage or modification.

Warranty claims

Warranty coverage runs from the delivery date and is listed on each product page — lifetime on solid brass housings, 2 to 10 years on electronics and finishes. Send photos and your order number to support@DanielOutdoorLighting.com and we will ship a replacement part or fixture at no charge for approved claims. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once tracking is issued, treat it as a standard return.
